How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped out within 1 to 3 days and most arrive within 2 weeks. Delivery outside the US can run a little longer.

What is your return policy?

We don't take returns or exchanges for fit or change of mind, since every piece is made for your order. If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email help@bitterclub.us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it.
